About
AS215248 is not a business in the traditional sense. It’s a personal project driven by curiosity, learning, and a genuine love for how the internet works.
Why?
It started as a homelab experiment — a way to understand BGP, routing and the plumbing that holds the internet together by actually operating a piece of it. One IX turned into two, a prefix turned into a routing table, and the homelab grew into a globally connected hobby network.
Running real infrastructure is the best teacher there is. Every peering session, every traceroute, every 3am “why is this prefix not propagating” is a lesson you can’t get from a book. Sharing what I learn — and helping others do the same — is the whole point.
